Tess Wright, LPC

Tess started her career as a school counselor in Cobb County. She worked in Elementary and Middle schools where she saw students individually and in groups where she fostered a close bond with each of her students. She saw her skills better used in the private sector and since joining us has increased her knowledge in trauma work using EMDR, play therapy modalities, and cognitive behavioral therapy. She works to use the best treatment for anxiety, depression, trauma, school issues, and self-esteem. She sees adolescents (12+) and adults.

During her undergraduate summers she interned with us at Restoration 23 and loved the experience. She is excited to join us once again with 6 years of higher education that has fully confirmed her calling to counseling.

Tess holds a Masters of Education in Professional Counseling from the University of West Georgia and is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor. Her undergraduate education was at the University of Georgia with a double major in Psychology and Cognitive Sciences. She lives in Kennesaw with her husband and energetic dog. 

Fees & Insurance-- Tess accept’s MasterCard, Visa, American Express, personal check or cash. Tess does not accept insurance, but can provide a superbill to submit to insurances. You can email Tess for more information. Full payment is due at the time of your session.
