Massage Therapy is a way for people to find a natural way to address all types of issues with the body. In massage it is the muscle tissue that is mainly being addressed, but because it plays an important role in the body’s health, all of the body is affected through massage. Even though massage therapy has been used throughout history, we are still learning every day how truly powerful touch can affect the healing of the body, just in reducing stress and working to help keep the muscle tissue healthy has shown to keep people off of medication and keeping the immune system stronger.
Sarah is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor, holding a B.S. in Psychology from Kennesaw State University and an M.A. in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. The heart of her practice centers around facilitating and empowering recovery for spouses or partners suffering from toxic and/or abusive relationships.
